Senior Data Analyst
Job Description:
Create comprehensive reports and develop complex variables to provide business users with actionable insights for day-to-day operations. Offer necessary recommendations through insightful reports and commentary, provide KPI metric reporting to senior management and various business units, and improve and automate reporting processes and distributions by implementing new workflows. Leverage advanced data analysis and statistical techniques to develop complex variables, generate in-depth reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, provide detailed insights on inventory movement, focusing on cash flow impacts, and collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement processes for inventory forecasting. Translate business requirements into clear, accurate and actionable design/implementation plans. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including Salesforce, to achieve business targets. Maintain and ensure data hygiene, validate process efficiency, and identify areas for improvement. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights; assist teams in utilizing data assets effectively. Cleanse, validate, and transform data; develop and maintain data flow diagrams, data models, and reports to support business decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration degree.
- 2 years of experience performing data interpretation and market analysis in the audiovisual industry.
- Other experience and skills must include:
- Creation of specialized reports on sound masking products.
- Cross-departmental communication with engineering, finance, and purchasing departments.
- Hands-on experience with ETL design and implementation using Domo.
- SQL programming language with the ability to write complex queries.
- SAP Business 1.
- Management of Salesforce CRM, including workflows, lists, and reporting.
- Database management, reporting, and analytics.
- Advanced Excel experience including complex functions, pivot tables, and macros, with the ability to automate and optimize reporting processes.
4. May work remotely four (4) days a week.
5. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
